This was just cut out and decoupaged with sticky pads. The co-ordinating ribbon was put on vertically and edged with peel offs. A fancy scroll peel off was put just away from the side of the ribbon. A silver happy birthday peel off added to the text card.

The finishing touch is a 3 d butterfly, I used three peel off butterflies to made the 3d effect and placed them on the card so it looks like the little girl is pointing to it.
