Printed this gorgeous picture onto glossy photo paper to bring the colours out.
Cut out all the pieces and decoupaged the piramage elements with thin foam pads. the whole picture then is matted onto blue mirri card and a little glitter was used on the whites of the hat and the bells.
Easy to make and I just love this.
