I printed and cut out this file. I stuck some white crystal paper on to card stock and then stuck the base card on to that leaving a small margin all round.

I assembled the decoupage.

I made the gift tag by sticking the tag on to white crystal paper inserting a piece of ribbon between the two pieces.
