The sheet was printed onto Crafty Bob photo paper and the pieces cut out. I created a tent fold card, just a little larger than the base image, from an A4 sheet of blue Adorable Scoreable cardstock. I stuck the base image directly to the card front. The layers were then built up in order using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape.

I haven't put any greeting on this card as the person I've got in mind to receive it is too young to be reading yet, but a greeting could be added either in one corner or accross the top or border frame.
