I cut a star border on both edges of my Crafty Bobs 8x8" blank card on my cameo machine, I added my topper buildling the layers up with foam pads, I added silver glitter fine netting behind the topper, I used the same netting in my bow, added square gems to the top of the shield and to complete this gorgeous design I added the matching inserts.
