I printed the design on to a 200 gsm Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main design on to the Insert using a Scored piece of off cut that I attached with glue to the inside of the Insert and design.

I attached the Decoupage/3d and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Gorgeous, Beautiful and Adorable design that turned into a Gorgeous card!!! I recomend this design to all of you!!! Enjoy your crafting!!
