I ran a blank 5" pale blue square card through a snowflake embossing folder. The image was printed onto good quality decoupage paper and all layers were cut out and decoupaged using 3d foam pads to create the pyramage topper.

This was then attached to the blank card using glue.

Very easy to make and suitable for many occasions. I left my card blank for people to add their own text.
