I printed the sheet on matte photo paper and the matching insert, cup442605_425, on high quality, lighter weight paper.

I cut out the card front and used a glue stick to attach it to the front of a white card, then carefully cut around it to remove the excess from both the front and back of the base card.

I used a Krylon 18K Gold marker to color the cut edge all around the card, then cut out, scored and folded the insert and attached it loosely inside the card with small pieces of dst an inch or so from the spine.

The larger decoupage pieces were added with foam pads and the smaller ones with silicone. Finished with a gold cord tie and a few glittery "gems".
