Through the Keyhole - Peace on EarthCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I created a DL size card with dark blue card. I used a piece of silver embossed blue card to mount my base image onto.

I tied some blue organza ribbon towards the bottom of the matt and attached to the card. I layered the remaining decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I put a gem on the star and used stickles on the base of the decoupage to finish.
