I printed onto 190gsm matte photo card then mounted onto a mid blue card blank using DST. I trimmed the front edge to the shape of the card. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added a pale blue organza bow.

Finished with iridescent glitter & the matching insert.
