I cut out all the elements and layered decoupage with foam tape. I mounted on a white card front. I used liquid gold pearls,gold peel offs and diamond glitter to accent design

I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the decoupage with foam pads
