I initially began this card by using a vertically folded 8X11 sheet of card stock paper as the base for the card.

I used two sided tape to attach the red and white polka dot backing paper to the original white card stock paper.

I then layered a red piece of card stock with a green polka dot piece of card stock and then lastly with a piece of red card stock.

I built this up with foam mounting pads to elevate the space. I then began to layer each piece of decoupage with foam mounting strips. I punched two small holes in the top of the card and used thin red and green ribbon to tie at bow.

I also used the red and white polka dot backing paper to cover the inside of the card.
