I began the card by printing the CUP sheet onto card stock paper. I then used double sided tape to adhere the red backing paper to the initial card stock. I also lined the inside of the card with red card stock.

I used foam mounting tape to give the decoupage a 3d effect. I glued the 3d decoupage element to the red card front. I used a red glitter ribbon on the outer left side of the card. I punched two holes in the top of the card front and used a very thin green ribbon to tie a bow.

I used glitter on the front of the card for some snow effects. I then used green card stock and clear adhesive paper to make a sentiment card for the front of the card as well as for the inside of the card.
