I intitially printed this CUP sheet onto card stock paper. I cut out all of the elements from the sheet. I used the larger element as a card front base.

I used small foam mounting strips to adhere the decoupage pieces, as well as, the sentiment in the top left corner and the green ribbon.

I then used the front of the card as a pattern to make the back of the card(only back of card is cut just slightly larger than the front).

I used green card stock as the back of the card.

I scored and folded the green card stock as needed and then glued the two pieces together to make one card.
