Printed on matt photo paper and attached to white card. Built up image with foam pads. Finished with tiny blue gens on snowflakes. A cute Christmas card that is easy to make.

I printed the design on to good quality smooth matt card and cut it out. I then added the layers and coloured the lights with Promarkers. I then die ut two snowflakes and added them to the design.
