The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a pice of Christmas vellum which I punched down one edge for my background. I mounted the base layer onto a piece of blue foil card. I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I wove a piece of white starry ribbon down one edge of the card and decorated it with a hat pin.

I used a Christmas greeting from my stash to finish.
