I printed this on kodak matt finish photo paper. I used lime green coloured card topped with powder blue coloured glitter card as the background, adhered with double sided tape.
For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.
Finished off with blue glitter trim.
