I PRINTED THE ART WORK ONTO CARD STOCK. I THEN CUT IT OUT AND USED STICKY PADS TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO THE SIZE. THEN I GLUED SOME SCARPBOOK PAPER FOR THE BACK GROUND. GLUED THE DECOUPAGE TO THAT.
I USED GREEN METALLIC PAPER TO LINE THE TOP AND BOTTOM. I USED LACQUER ON EYES, FLOCK ON HAT AND DIFFERENT GRADES OF GLITTER FOR THE REST.
