I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I matted the base image onto toning pink card and fixed to a white card blank.

The decoupage was then constructed using silicone glue and Glossy accents applied to the flower centre, leaves and the owl's beak.

Lastly I added a toning pink bow. This is a really cute image, in very pretty colours and is very quick and east to make. I have added a second image in an attempt to show the decoupage.
