The colors in this card just make me happy! I cut out the cake part of the base image and mounted it onto a swiss-dot embossed card, then cut out and layered the cake pieces with thin foam pads.
Shaped and added the bow with silicone gel, then scattered metallic confetti here and there. I plan to make another card using the entire base image-this is a great design!
