I printed onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements,I took a white square card,added the base design then added the decoupage with foam pads,I finished by tying gold elastic cord around the spine and forming a reef knot,added a little white glitter to the sea and a black pearl to the wheel.A quick but very effective card to make lots of sentiment options.
