Fisherman Scalloped Topper 1Completed by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto good quality paper and cut out. The layers were then decoupaged using 3d foam pads. The topper was stuck onto a 6x6 square card to make an easel card.

A greeting was printed on my computer, die cut with spellbinders and attached to the base with foam pads. The corners were then punched with a corner punch. A lovely card for a man.
