First I coloured over the hearts on the cupcake with glitter glue and let dry. Next I cut out and assembled the image using foam pads. I then took a piece of pink sticky backed paper and covered a card blank measuring 6 1/2" x 5 1/2".

I then took a strip of polka dotty paper and stuck across the card 1cm from the bottom. Next I added the image and 4 buttons which i attached with glue dots. I then added some pearl dots which i stuck down over some of the dots on the paper. I added a 'Happy Birthday' banner underneath the image.

I then ran a piece of double sided tape along the top and bottom of the card. Next I cut a section of cellophane and placed over the top of the card sticking down onto the tape.

I then ran another section of double sided tape over at the top and bottom of the card over the cellophane and added a length of ribbon to finish off.
