I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.
I matted the base image onto gold holo card, then blue silk mirri then again onto the gold holo card, added a blue feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
