Lady by the Lake Bookmark

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the stack. I punched a hole in the top of the bookmark and added beige silk thread to it.

I layered the image to one side of a burgundy shimmer square card and cut slits to enable the bookmark to be inserted in the area to its right.

I used black peel-off stickers to form a border and decorative corners and finally added a painted button to complete the card.

This is a beautiful design of the Art Deco era, incorporating the useful bookmark as well.
