Ladies Heel Shoe in a Martini Glass Birthday Card PyramidCompleted by Maxine Jones
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Age Cards 31-40
I printed the sheet on to photo paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper with tape to a black card and added the pyramid layers with silicone glue. I decorated the card with silver flowery border peeloffs and added the greeting.
I will glitter it to finish it off. This sheet makes a gorgeous 40th birthday card and I will be giving it to my daughter later in the year.
