Cream Rose for a Friend - Completed by Patricia Skinner

I printed this image out on a good quality decoupage paper.

Using patterned card stock with an oval aperature, I fixed the topper to the back of the aperature and then decoupaged the image from the front. Adding a With Love peel off to the sentiment panel placed this just below the image with a rose.
