Steampunk Tags and Bookmark

This design will make a great card for any young girl/teenager, you only have 2 layers of decoupage but the effect is lovely, after prepping the layers I`ve attached them with sticky foam pads, I then attached the image to a piece of brown pearlised card which was then fixed to black card stock , I then used a thin gold peel off around the design & added a jet black gem to center of hat, you get 3 tags with this sheet, as you can see I`ve joined 2 of them to use as an over the page bookmark & the 3rd has a hole punched threaded with ribbon to use as gift tag
