I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam layered it on to silver paper, wrapped some ribbon both top and bottom, then layered on to silver mirror card and then mounted on to an a5 card that i covered with matching silver paper that i purchased from cup designer Hazel Kinvig-Paul, i then finished off with a rhinestone on the mask and some glitter.
