I printed this on glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage which I added using foam pads.
I then added pink acrylic pearls to the corners of the picture and to the ends of the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment which I had chosen to use, then attached it to a white card blank.
This makes a very stylish and striking card.
