I used a white square card blank and folded into an easel card. I attached the main image onto blue pearl oval and then onto a white oval and attached to my card.

I attached a punched strip of blue to the base of my easel and used the bow as the stopper.

I then added the layers and also some tiny blue flowers and finished with a white pearl in each flower.
