Printed onto photo paper. I cut out all the elements and using DST I stuck topper to a Shiny cream card. I used foam pads to build the design, and to attach the sentiment to the top of card. I like this design, and is easy to make up.

Printed and cut the items from the full sheet and assembled the pyramid panel, layered this onto a piece of gold star stream card.
The complete panel was then mounted onto a 6x6 card stock.
Decorated with narrow gold peel off around the edgel, The sentiments were decorated also with very narrow peel off and attached with small form pads.
