Yellow Tulips Octagonal Window DecoupageCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Trimmed away the border and mounted onto blue spotty fold back card blank, decoupaged with foam pads, added leaves and nail art butterflies, I trimmed the matching insert (available separately) to fit, a lovely spring design.
