I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I also printed the Insert out on the same kind of paper. I Scored and Folded the Insert in to a card and attched the Main design on to it with glue.

I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Lovely, Beautiful and Gorgeous design that turned in to a Beautiful card!!! I recomend this design to all of you!!! Enjoy your crafting!
