Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, mounted onto white card , cut round the shape of the topper with scissors, used foam pads for the pyramage/decoupage, added blue gems scalloped edged ribbon and the sun to the sunburst, to finish off this quick and easy design I added the matching inserts.
