Pretty Flowers on LaceCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I chose a pale pink swirly paper for the backing sheet and stuck it on to card stock. I stuck the base card on to this and assembled the decoupage.

I added a small envelope that I had made at the bottom left of the card and stuck a "Happy Birthday" message on to a piece of white card and cut it to fit inside the envelope.
