Printed on matte photo paper (a lighter weight than I used might have been better, as mine cracked a bit at the fold line).

I used spray adhesive to glue the front and back together and added a little bow.

I like to give waterless shampoo to friends who've had major surgery, but the bottles are ugly-this will dress them up beautifully :-).
