Printed on matte photo paper and constructed according to the instructions on the sheet (used spray adhesive to join the back and front pieces).

I used thin foam pads for the pyramage and added a little bow.

Such a great idea, and one could easily make two tags from the single sheet if desired, perhaps printing a pretty backing sheet on the back.
