With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white C5 scalloped card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which could be used for almost any occasion, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
