Happy Birthday,
Happy Mothers Day,
Thank you
A beautiful design with fan blades used as a pyramid. I have numbered the fan blades just pyramid as usual. I have included a decoupage butterfly and some sentiments.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the fan using thin foam tape and I attached the butterflies using silicone glue. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
