I printed onto glossy photo paper, then cut out all the elements I cut scored and folded shapphire blue pearl card to form my base card then added the base design ,I cut the front to shape and added the decoupage with thin foam pads, to complete I added white silk cord around the spine and tied in a bow and added dark blue faux pearls, another beautiful deco design.
