I copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted base to blue card stock using d.s.t. and built up the layers using d.s.foam tape. I used two different Stickles Glitter on the bow and added two feathers of different blue. Added bows and varying shades of blue pearls. I stamped a few very small butterflies.

Such a beautiful range of blue tones that make up a delightful card that will come in for many occasions.
