I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I then matted a blank card with a toning glitter card then added the base design and added the decoupage with foam pads,I embellished with tiny gemstones around the outer frame,and wrapped a co-ordinating silk cord around the spine and tied in a bow.A stunning design.
