Underwater MermaidCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled it. I adhered it to one side of a square of white glitter card, using faux diamond brads.

I cut a rectangle of some textured blue paper to fit beside the mermaid image and stitched three silver sea charms to it, then adhered it to the glitter card.

Finally I layered the whole thing to a white base card and put a few touches of glitter on the mermaid image.

The colours in this image and the mermaid herself are stunning.
