I printed the design onto 180gm gloss photo paper and cut out the elements. I used pearl paint to make the footprints stand out and added a ribbon bow and gem to the rattle.

Glitter pen was applied to the wings of the butterflies and the edge of the bottle.

Googly eyes were added to the owls face and a bright pink ribbon bow added to her head. All decoupage elements were then applied to the base with foam dots and then I mounted it onto pale lilac cardstock.

Flower gems completed the design. An easy design to make up for that new baby.
