I used a pink backing paper with tiny white dots on,and scolloped the edges. I cut out the design and layered with foam pads, then attached to the card. I added a spotted ribbon across the bottom, topped this with the congratulations tag.

I cut the 2 bows from the book mark and used these as embellishments to the corners of the main picture.
