I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted the main image to an 8x8 card,built up the front of the card ,added glitter to the texts plates,added a little glitter onto the rosette, then went up through the maddle of the card with silver a\nd pink elastic cord,and tied two bows at the front of the card.
