Twins! New Baby Twin Boys CardCompleted by Ruth Hoffman

I used an 8" square card blank and laid a panel of green dotted paper centrally to the card front.

The images were decoupaged on to rainbow mirror card and adhered to the panel. I added flower gems, a ribbon and sentiment to finish.
