On the blue outer frame is the words 'Our Sweet Baby Boy' & there are 3 text tags for you to choose 'n' use, 1 of them is left blank for your own personal message. The other two read Congratulaions & With Love To You.
This is the pyramid version of my decoupage sheet that I have also made. Makes up easily using either silicon glue or foam pads.

I used matte photo sheet for the graphics on this 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" card. White cardstock is the base of the card and each layer of graphics was raised using 3D foam squares. I used 2 plastic safety pins as the embellishments.
