I printed the topper sheet on to white decoupage paper and cut out the pieces. I layered the base image on to silver mirri card (which I'd already cut in to a scalloped square shape) and then attached the other pieces using 0.5mm foam pads.

I stuck the topper on to a pale blue base card which I'd already added patterned paper and a ribbon and bow to.

I finished the card off with a sentiment, cute bottle charm and pearls.
